  • Your assigned RMA # will be forwarded to you shortly and is valid for ten (10) calendar days. If your reason for return is product failure-related, you may be contacted first for technical support.

  • Out of Warranty Returns: Shortly after receipt, FONEX will provide a formal repair quotation. In order for servicing to begin, a credit card or written purchase order will be required (verbal POs are not accepted). A minimum administration fee will be charged per unit for "No Trouble Found" equipment as well as for cancelled RMAs.   • Unless specified otherwise at the time of sale, Dead on Arrival units (DOAs) will be replaced on a best-effort basis for units that are found to be defective within the first thirty (30) calendar days of receipt by Customer. After this period, units are processed as standard repairs.

  • Credit Returns: Permission to return a product for credit is at the sole discretion of FONEX Data and will only be considered under certain conditions. Depending on the circumstances a re-stocking fee of list pricing may apply. All equipment being returned for Credit must be returned within the (2) week allotment period in NEW condition, free of any markings, damage, modifications or non-standard labelling and with all original packaging, accessories and documentation enclosed. Goods not so returned may be rejected with equipment returned at Customer’s expense.
